obviously you don't have to answer this mate, but was this a club decision or the individuals decision?

I think the answer W12 is as nobody has definitively stated one way or the other, (except PG?) that if it was Shane's decision to leave Greenacres without notice, that there would have been a lot more posted on this forum than has been. As I said earlier having had spoken with him a few times he did not leave me with the impression he was the type of bloke who would "jump" ship midstream.....willingly. But..... I stand to be corrected if that indeed was the case.

Why would more be posted? No one from greenacres, or Shane himself need to say anything on here...

I'm not sure why anyone ..either Shane or the GFC has to state anything except the fact that they have parted company.
Cobiha if you have more information than either the individual /club care to publicise then please feel free to share your views, but be carefull in what you say, because unless you have both parties views then your info may well be biased.

Do you think it was a good idea to sack Danny? Greenacres were on the verge of going up to div three were they would have gone ok. Why so impatient?

If you had any integrity you'd say you stuffed up. Lack of honesty and inability to cop justified criticism is probably why you only ever played B grade

I thought it's fairly common knowledge that there was a KPI of a grand final in D.Rs last year. They didn't make a Grand Final.

Turk is under no obligation to answer your questions on the boards and therefore if he chooses not to, it's not your prerogative to wrench it out of him. If you really feel the need to know the real story, PM him.

I'd hate to think he was a party to that monumentally stupid decision. Or the idea to train once a week, eek! Heard the coach in 2012 couldn't believe what was going on when he got there! No players, no training, no idea!

You've got a coach who gets you in the finals a few years in a row, brings good players to the club as well as personnel, then sack him in the hope of getting something better. Shortsighted and silly. Sounds like non football people in charge at Yatala.
