Play on should have been the call. Waters was going for the ball. Harvey wasn't. Easy with 3 replays though.

Free kick every day of the week. Was laying on his back and both blokes were initially going for the ball and its not Harveys fault it was a s*** kick. Terrible defending if anything.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?
