A mate of mine who is really musically talented suggested I try to learn A Day To Remember songs, because they're easy. I havent tried yet, but im guessing his "easy" is still going to be my "**** this shits hard"

It's up to you whether you do this or not, but I used to get a lot of satisfaction learning songs from bands that I love. Having said that, I haven't touched my guitar in a couple of weeks...

yeah ive tried to learn some older songs, mainly because I have no distortion pedal, so when I try to play heavier stuff, it sounds nothing like it.
I had a bit of Hotel California down last time I played the guitar, and was proud as **** of myself...my missus was less impressed. Possibly because of all the times I said "wait...shit...oh..i had it before"![]()
Watching Protest The Hero videos make me wonder how people get that good.
