we've never changed our jumper design since we started. something to be proud of I reckon, considering clubs change there strips almost on a yearly basis these days. Bit of heritage I reckon is great.

WUB its better to have an away strip than have to hire those awful SAAFL jumpers.must admit found it very confusing Saturday when we wore the away strip against Cbcoc, was harder to pick players out than if we wore our normal guernsey  PS when you get to Div 1 and play Rostrevor you will have to swap then cos it will be a clash game ;)

PFC should never ever change their strip, I'm happy with the fact that we haven't ever changed it (we needed the SAAFL clash jumper 1 year when we played ROCs but have never had a club 'clash' or 'away' strip as such).

I'd rather wear one of those SAAFL horrible strips once in a blue moon than watch PFC every second week in a horrible strip.

Actually we played ROCs about 15 years ago and I was a water boy and it took me a quarter to realise that I was giving water to the wrong team!! I was only a little tacker and noone told me we'd changed our jumpers, it wasn't until i snubbed my cousin and gave water to his direct opponent and my cousin had a go at me that I cottoned on!

totally agree.

So you buy a set of guernseys at $..?? and then wear them twice in 15 years?

Thats pretty smart.

so golden grove no longer favourite now plympton is 2.00 odds and golden grove out to 3.75

Yep, Plympton definitley premiership favourites from what I saw on Satdee. Very potent forward line. Although having Scuddsy sent off (for what was just a late bump) in the third quarter and not being able to come back on didn't help our cause. Looking forward to the re-match down at the kennel. Was a great game of footy.

I thought Plympton would get close - but wasn't sure they'd have a good match up for Scuddsy - mind you, if he'd played the whole game it could well have been a different scenario.

At what part of the game did he get red-carded?

Well done dogs - however I still think you're 2nd favourite and GG are now trying to deflect their favourites status ;)

I know Plympton have and I reckon they knocked them off by a fair bit as well.

I'm also a fan of the Salisbury West running style of play.

Scuddsy got red carded mid/late in the 3rd quarter. IMO wasn't a red card offence.

4 teams now on 5 wins and 1 loss. Makes for a big game against Pooraka this wkend.

Would never dare think of deflecting the favourites status ;)

Not sure on C's or 18's for that matter..

A's, B's and U18's all have an away strip which were kindly sponsored by Holcim concrete.

In hindsight, our home jumpers would have been better to wear against CBCOC on saturday. It was hard viewing at times, although the scoreboard made it a little easier to watch :D

$2k per set is way off the mark. Maybe you should go and see Joe from JS Sports and get a better deal...

that could be a bit drastic - and besides, we'd hate to leave tyre imprints on the new oval

Salisbury West will be a better side now with Kohler returning,11 goals in 2 weeks I think. Not sure they will match it with the 2 big sides physically though

Obviously I didn't see the game for myself but how do you come to that conclusion? The stripes would've been harder to look at as both clubs are stripey.

at least there was a complete clash with the away jumpers..
