Well is he or not? Why wouldn't you blame him? Have just moved closer to Adalaide and lads are keen to get back into the game, have heard good things about Shane among others I may add and have been gettin out to as many games as possable. Virginia is the closest to where we are but being a "disgrace to the legue" im not so sure, may be better of seeking Jesus's advice with the Enciclopidia Britanica there  missed the day out there, didn't TWFC and VFG amalgamate years ago?

Evidently he is still at the club that doesn't want him! and i wouldn't have blamed him for walking out because if i was coaching a football team, i would do it on my terms and if that clashed with the comitees or members views, they would have to get used to it and like i said before  i would not have put up with what happened to him on saturday night.

Did you like my explanation of the word "Diatribe". if you like that there's plenty more if you google "free dictionary" (could probably benefit from it perhaps)

And i would think you would be better off with the advice of Jesus, CHB for Nazereth wasn't he? hasn't hurt Millions of Christians.
Sorry people I only deal in facts!

your kidding right?

Most footballers should know what a dick flick is or have had one.

Ease up turbo he wasn't implying anything, if you go back and read some of DW post you will know a lot is humourous and is done in jest.

Its good to see you dwell on the negative words in a post, maybe you could look up the word "retalitory" next time you push that "wee" little button there  bit of "tall poppy" syndrome perhaps :?

Have not had the chance to see United play so looking forward to watching the game, be good to see VFC get on top of things.

yep went down to long plains nothing to write home to mother about, travis opitz might be carrying a sore ac and big Pauli was the catalyst in united`s win. the Virginia lad`s kept at it and showed some real good running football at times and the player willingness to apply pressure was great. but yet again the comments coming from the united bench specifically directed towards new players from north haven ?maybe they envious of the views from north haven?

Hmmm....not much of a bone...which is probably something you'd know about....

Shane Stokes is a good bloke. A man who was involved in my formative years of senior football. I'm also very certain The Rooster has had an association with him too. I have the utmost respect for Shane. However, to suggest that Shane wouldn't try anything underhand on the field is very funny. The man loved his footy hard and tough. And he also liked to niggle the opposition - hence the dick flick.
Spend some time with Stokesy and you'll learn about him and what a character he can be.

BTW - I see Brendan Watts kicked four goals yesterday. Nice to see he's still kicking around alright.

I could say a lot about this, but I won't out of respect for my mates. Lets just say Shane hasn't been impressing the Virginia faithful at all.

Why say anything at all then :? should either "piss on the pot,or get off". Youre not implying players are'nt puttin in 100% cause thier a bit miffed  . From earlier posts I assume he coached North Haven and had some followers so he must have impressed someone :? Ill just have to read more posts and decifer who supports who

Managed to get out late in the day to Long Plains, United play a good bloody game and it was good to see VFC win the second half all be it a little late. Didnt get the under 17s score, how'd they go?

Very nice oval, drivin out on the dirt road I was thinkin "shit, they move the tractor and play in a padock" but then came across a pearler little oasis :D

Not implying that at all. The "imports" would give 100% regardless of who they play for.

Also I said the Virginia faithful arent impressed with him... which would imply people who have been around Virginia a lot longer than 3 months.

Looked like Two Wells matched with mallala until 3/4time. Interesting that they seem to have faded out in the last quarter a few times this year.
Yet last year they had some great last quarter performances....how do you see this Rooster?

Looks like Virginia didnt turn up until half time 13.9 to 4.2. How did Dyda go? did he play? Didnt see his name in the best or goals.
Also see Cooke got in the best. Good to see him playin footy. I was wondering how he would go considering he put in a number of clearances back to his original club???

also heard association team was in the informer. anyone care to list it????

Yeah it was a corker of a game until about 10 minutes to go, The Mallala rotations that i think has been discussed already was the difference as the roosters midfield who at time made the Pies look slow, started to wane and the likes of Hollitt, Earl and Francis cut up. The latter being kept quiet till he switched in to the midfield late in the game.

Both Teams traded Goals and there were a few contenders for Goal of the Year with Both teams firing in a few shots from the boundary.

With all due respect to other clubs, it was a cracker of a game played by two real exciting outfits.
