Norwood would have been ok with this if Bassett had been mouthing off and a West player had whacked him? As if.

Watch it mate, or I'll belt you in the back of the head...

It's a very cunning disguise, posing as a Centrals supporter.

I'd like to think one of our mob wouldn't give evidence against another player.

Fair enough.
Although, whacking a coach/official is a bit OTT and the SANFL were going to have their way whether Collins liked it or not.

Interestingly he must have said some 'nice' things about Bassett, no squealing there:

Big Phil wrote:Another interesting tweet from James. Seems like Bassett was pretty close to being suspended...

in yet another tweet, ABC's James Coventry wrote:@JCoventry
Panel reluctantly agreed to fine Bassett instead of suspending him after submissions from the #SANFL and Collins

Actually, out of that, what submissions could the SANFL make that gets Bassett off a suspension? So much for conspiracy against Norwood ;)

Good to see Westies are squealers as well as poor sports.

Did someone say Caruso? :D

do you want to bring that up? Don't you mean, as Bode said, Carutho? Are you referring to last year's Grand Final when Caruso whacked Big Bad Bully Boy Bode (I wondered why Sturt didn't want him anymore) because Bode picked on Caruso's brother's speech impediment? But that's another story.
Ok, Collins was bloody stupid for having a go at Big Boy because he was shit-canning West, their game plan & their coach, whilst they were walking off within earshot of each other, it should have been water off a duck's back BUT Boom Boom Bassett shouldn't have put Collins in a headlock, once they were down in the race. Furthermore, Big Boy didn't need to but in with an accidental cheap shot whilst the coaches & security were wrestling.
Maybe Bode is just trying to instill some mongrel into Norwood? Fair enough but, as We have proven, keep it on the oval, during the match. Maybe he is trying to impress NVB & keep her attention. Anyway, that's my conspiracy theory ;)

How do you think Fielke got suspended this week?

But Collins could of been a lot worse, he saved Bassett a suspension and he also saved Bode some weeks by saying his hit was 1/10.

Should be grateful i reckon

Good point - Collins really saved us from the fight he started

More like he bit off more than he could chew and went running off to teach. Weak. As. Piss

Unless it's an official of CDFC reporting a player from video footage to the SANFL during Grand Final week of course. ;)
