Surely a no brainer.
Sheehan said on radio the other night that Hall still isn't ready to have beer with Paul Roos yet. His side of what happened in Sydney is what I'm looking forward to.

Was the report from the 2005 prelim discussed? (whacked Maguire in the guts). Seem to recall that the general consensus at the time was that he was pretty lucky to get off.

Not a big fan of Hall's, but recall his 10 minute burst in the 2nd term of the 97 GF, and the curious fact that his final ever kick for St Kilda delivered an after the siren win against Hawthorn.

Yes, they dicussed that Maguire incident, and even Hall admitted that he was lucky to get away with it.

Top shelf viewing. I'm actually starting to like Mike Sheahan.

Really enjoyed tonight's episode with David Schwartz. I share your sentiments FC, am really starting to like mike Sheehan.

David's openness with regards to his addictions were eye opening to say the least. I guess you can't believe how dark addiction in any form can get until you hear it from the mouth.

I bought the Open Mike book last week, hopefully a DVD one day.

The interview with the OX was good, remember him talking about his Dad one night on the footy show, unbelievable how he fell into such a dark hole with gambling.

Geez, didn't know about his Dad, no wonder he's had such an unstable life.

Didn't shirk a question at all and didn't blame anyone else other than himself.

If he indeed has left no creditors in the lurch then his financial and emotional revival is remarkable.

Saw David Schwarz talk at a work convention - very good speaker.
He had his book there for sale - bought it and got it autographed - a bloody good read.
Called "All Bets Are Off".
Details the killing of his father, betting stories including the day at the Spring Carnival that he won $700k. and then getting of the punt etc.
Well worth a read.

Pretty glowing endoursement of your wife too suggesting that your dead father may have sent her to save him. Very good interview and it's easy to forget how good of a footballer the bloke was. Melbourne during that time had an extremely tallented top end list with Stynes, Neitz, Lyon, Viney and Schwartz plus a heap of honest players just the tier below.
