That is true. Doesn't surprise me with Bode though to be honest!

IF true, what sort of penalty would that attract? Maybe thats the reason Bassett went into the change rooms to apologise?

Personally I wouldn't have an issue with this kind of behaviour if it was consistent over nine clubs but sadly only eight clubs seem to get the treatment. :?

Really? Do you have that much of an issue with Phil that you'll castigate him over passing on someone else's view of an incident we're all talking about?

No it's just the grinding inevitability of any dramas/issues/problems at eight clubs being breathlessly pounced upon whilst anything at The Ponderosa seems to be merrily ignored. Other than Roy quitting of course. :D

That's what grates. And I'm not alone.

Maybe the Hound went to give the Hobbit a few pointers? We could list a million different maybe's is my point.

The most likely scenario is that Bassett knew he was wrong for making contact with the Hobbit and realised as such after the commotion had subsided?

Huh? There's no dramas/issues/problems at the Ponderosa.

Roy hasn't quit.
The Gowans' book launch was completed succesfully.
Grant is not sure if he authorised Centurions banner or not.
They haven't won a game.

No issues to report back.

Just a shame the dead wood was pretty handy at the whole kicking, marking and tackling stuff. ;)
