Perhaps then South should host their night games on Saturday's only? If they want people to rock up, make it more appealing. While they are at it, get rid of the knob with the microphone.

Yep he is annoying along with the music after every goal! Thank Christ South are poor at home as it at least reduces the amount of airtime the announcer and the music get!

Other than that great catering at Noarlunga, best BBQ easily in the SANFL but no bundy cans at the bar!

Big call about the BBQ!

It's a serious issue. The "minute steaks" and the occasional "pattie" come into calculations too. The ground that has the lowest percentage of patrons end up with gastro is surely the winner

PS - We can't take the BBQ at Prospect into calculations as the order i placed in 1993 is expected to be ready at sometime in 2032. Keenly anticipating that.

LOL - he meant cook them not make them! Anyone can put fat, offal and sawdust into a condom and market it as a sausage but can you cook it better than the next bloke?

Only for a couple of periods of 5 minutes at the end of the third and last quarter when North kicked 4 goals in each of those two periods. I thought North were very inefficient in the first half and should have blown the game away before half time.

Despite Liddle having a quiet game, I thought South controlled the stoppages for much of the game, but in the end North's depth of class probably told. Matthew Campbell kicked a couple of wonderful goals but for the second week in a row, Stewart, Johnston and Langford were down. Johnston seemed to spend a lot of the second half off the ground. I wonder whether he was injured. He missed two very easy shots for goal in the second quarter which was so unlike him.

And call me fussy, but I like a good gourmet sausage. Maybe a nice Italian one. Or German. Yes. A big fat German sausage.

maybe move closer to Adelaide. At least into our time zone. ;)

I live pretty Central, takes me 25 minutes and only 1 time zone change to get to Noarlunga, 'Lizbeff is nearly an hour and at least 2 time Zones, while South are moving closer can you get the Doggies to move South of Grand Junction Rd?

At least Central have the courtesy to start their night games at 6:30pm. A 7:40pm start at Noarlunga means the game doesn't finish till well after 10pm and unless you live south of the CBD, getting home before 11pm is not going to happen.
If a game @ either 'Lizbeff or "Lizbeff By The Sea started at 6:30 on a Friday anyone that works wouldn't get there 'till 1/4 time, 7:40 is fine for a Friday night

if a 7:40 start, 10ish finish is that big a deal, book a motel down there and make a whole night of it, FFS it's just 1 late night a year, if that is the only thing you've got to winge about like must be pretty cruisy at the moment!
