surely on field results are the concerns of football department not the CEO, unless of course he is taking the fall for giving Neeld the job!

I'm sure they wish they could go back in time and have their number 1 pick again in 2008 draft.

Such a bad selection, especially given the strength of that particular draft.

Obviously we're all experts in hindsight though.

Also, the fact they made Jack Trengove captain so early in his career probably showed how bad their senior leadership options were.

And Neeld - no doubt the Crows think they have dodged a bullet there.

Very true Punky however Neeld would've gone in expecting them to be one or two tiers below Collingwood. What he's walked into is a complete shambles. That's why I don't think you can judge if he's a good coach or not.
