That's what it would take for a thoughtless loser to realise the stupidity of his post. Everyone knows everyone in Adelaide and could you imagine what it would be like for a member of JMacs family to read something like that.

Probably should point out I don't actually wish a tragic death upon anyone but Mickeys post was probably the biggest things that gives you the shits post that I have seen that I agree with. The writer needs to pull his head in or have it pulled in and learn to have some respect

No mate of mine.. I came across it when "The Alberton Crowd" shared it on their Facebook page. Apparently the offender has apologized and deleted it before they were named and shamed.

Just before I say what I'm going to say, I'll disclose that in no way do I mean any malice as I think what happened to him is horribly sad - but I do pose this question:

Everyone refers to what happened as "tragic".

I ask: DO they mean the fact that he died so young is tragic OR is how he died tragic?

I would say Yes to the first question but no to the second.

Hopefully you can all see the point I'm legitimately trying to make here.

Please keep your answers respectful.

Agreed.
It was tragic that he died so young.
However, the circumstances appeared to involve acts of, possibly drunken, stupidity (and/or lack of support and care if he had a pre-existing depression) in several places along the way to the end result.

There is a general tragedy there, too, that young men tend to behave in these ways without adequate thought for themselves and their mates once they go out and "party".

Yep I agree FC.

I guess the fact that people still think its fine to make fun of his death. Regardless of whether it is unforseen or in a sense, brought upon the individual themselves, jokes like that should be off limits. There is a line and unfortunately this young man crossed it in a big way.

Death is always funny. Until it happens to someone you know.

Isn't that how people seem to think?

this makes me wild. i just think to myself 'what if that was my child or one of my nieces or nephews?'. there is not a single doubt in my mind i would have the f**kers killed, preferably with my own hands, but if thats not possible, i'd have it sorted out somehow.

and i'm not joking or exaggerating. they would die. and this post can be used against me in a court of law.
