I think that parents should have to do a first aid absolutely! I'd also like to see more information made readily available or parents educated more on things such as foods that are good/bad or what ever, safety aspects/hazards, anything really that some dim witted teenage parent is going to be too naive to think of..

Saw a mum and dad at court calling their kids (looked about3 and4) **** and threatening to hit them loudly. Pissed me off but what can you do?
