0-3, 20 games in a season, could end up 17-3. I remember not that long ago, about 5 or 6 years, We were about 3 -5 but went on to win about 14 in a row PLUS the Grand Final.

1987, according to Central historian Robert Laidlaw...

Their 6 game losing streak (dating back to losing the last 3 games of 2012) is a first in over 20 years now...

Hmm I remember Round 1 1987 very well - we got pumped by Centrals at Elizabeth.

Yes, I had a phone call from Robert Laidlaw with a correction. It was 1990 that the Dogs last started a year 0-3, sorry.

Why - show me where a member of the public cannot display a non offensive comment on a banner?

Lucky he wasn't at Prospect as our President at the lunch tipped buckets on the AFL Reserves "proposal" for 5 minutes and then spent 5 minutes tipping shit on the PAFC. He was so brutally honest it took all present by surprise!

We played good enough to win. Sadly the crowd banter of recent years was missing.
When my missus arrived the primary school car park was closed. The attendant in a Central top told her and a lot of others to park NEXT to the club carpark, which was wrong. When we returned after the match the gates were locked, eight cars still inside. Weslo wanted nothing to do with it, the management at Central wanted nothing to do with it. The police were called and eventually they managed to persuade the security firm to return and unlock the gates. About 10pm!! Okay we parked in the wrong spot, but we were directed there. The point is the school should of been opened, she arrived at qtr time of the ressies. Fix your act Central management!!

Was a good feeling to show solidarity and help Centurion to hold the anti AFL banner at qtr time. Before Davies had a sook!!

Great effort by the young Doggies to get within 9 points pre game i thought if we got within 5 goals it would be a good effort what killed us was Norwoods four goals from stoppages and and three goals from Doggies mistakes and also Doggies inaccurate shots at goal we nearly snatched it a still a great night i reckon around 3,500 at game.
