could it be that N Korea, fire this missle they are moving into place, and say it was just a test, the USA fires it down, thinking its fired at them, and then N Korea say " you shot down our "test" missle, and that is war". ?

North Korea don't want war. They know it would lead to their destruction in about 10 minutes. They are just bargaining for more aid / respect.

I think us having a bunch of nuclear weapons moved here right now could be seen as a sign of aggression and NK would see it as a sign that their enemies allies are planning an attack on them

Kim.jong something is just making himself look powerful to his generals to make sure he keeps power. He doesnt actually want war. He might be able to fire a few missiles.to some neighbour countries but the US will just inload fron there lounges. He knows this and is just "proving" himself to be a crazy bastard.
