Round 2 Discussion

Crouch, Terlich, Daw & Rowe make some interesting rookie inclusions. Part of me wishes I'd kept Terlich in defence, but I swapped him for one of the Port rookies just prior to the round.

Hope nobody fell for Broughton again

No trade week for me this week. All of of my players are either playing or first emergency. Sounds great but unfortunatly i wont be able to take advantage of the captain loop whole.

Who will people captain this week.

Word is GAblett will have Kieron Jack as a tag this week, is Kennedy, Watson, Pendlebury, Hartlett etc etc a chance to gain your captaincy.

Im seriously thinking i may go with Jobe Watson this week

I reckon Watson would be a great captaincy selection. As for Jack, I reckon he will play Ablett offensively and try to hurt him going the other way but I'm liking Pendlebury for Captain this week even though he wasn't that great against Carlton last year. I reckon the Pies will clean up the Blues this round and Pendles will rack em up.

Speaking of falling for a player there was a bit of talk about Missy Higgins on the SuperCoach show last night. Only a matter of time before the Balsa Wood kid breaks again.

Yes good to see Crouch Rowe and Terlich included as I kept them.
Captain Dane is still out and probably next week as well so looks like a first trade coming up. I just need the team to improve across the whole ground to bother the scorer now.

Coach Lyon brings Crozier back in after not even being an emergency last week…WTF.

The SuperCoach show was very Bulldog centric, but who would pick Higgins again?

You can put the VC on Gaz just in case

So long as you have a donut you can make as your captain afterwards if needed

VC Gaz, C for Pendlebury/Currie this week for me (Supercoach)

Yep that's what I was gonna do with Ablett and Watson.

Unfortunately due to Terlich and Rowe in the side I have no donuts on the bench so can't place the captain on someone else

Can you do this in DT too??

actually the better question is can you make changes to DT and SC throughout the round up until the first bounce of the game?

No SC only DT does not have rolling lock outs.

I read somewhere that in the Bye rounds you only have 18 scoring players.
Does anyone know how that is going to work?

Positions don't mean anything, you could have 10 midfielders playing and zero rucks one week.

No, that's not quite right.
It is just that only 18 of your 22 players listed on the field will score, so you can afford to have 4 onfield zeros, but still only a maximum of 8 midfielders will count.

Sipposs subbed 129 points in nearly seven quarters. The axe is looming.

Hating not being able to utilise the rolling lockout. First Koby Stevens with the green vest and now Karnezis. Killing me.

Made the "brilliant" decision of a O'Meara and Kommer field/bench switch.
Of course O'Meara guns it and Kommer (probably should've picked it) is sub

Found out too late about Karnezis subbing
