If found guilty, deserves to be punished. Lets get away from the stereotypes and just take the last few months for what they actually are. Had done nothing wrong until last june and has since lost his job, failed to gain a new one, appears to have turned to the drink and would be in a horrible place. I am not defending his actions but all this crap about rules for some and not others is garbage. Just a reluctant public figure going through what countless others have gone through in a much more public space.

If he does get locked up, hopefully there is something done to help him cause he is obviously in a shocking state at the moment.

Apology accepted. Former alice resident now living im greener pastures. My main argument is the lack of education and supervision offered to indigenous communities in the NT often results in situations like jurrahs. My personal point of view is their are a lot of people ready to lay the boot in down south without knowing the full extent of conditions around alice and the results these cause. I also understand the majority point of view but don't agree with it.
