While we are talking about Scotch OC I think they touched up Bordertown (premiers 2012) on Saturday by 10 goals without Nick Brewer (ex Gaza), Lagonik (PHOS). Dan Cahill. Both Thorpes. Langford (B and F 2011), Matt Loukes (back from Perth), Giles (Sturt) and Bielby (Ignatians). Apparently Paul Cahill incredible game. Kicked 6 on the ball.

Caught second half of the game @ Morphetville Park. PNU looked good, Roberts and #20 noticeably classy. Beat the twisties by a few goals.

Yep, playing in defence. Would hate to be the forward that has to line up on him.

1 good trial, 1 bad trial.

Pretty hard to tell when you don't know the standard of the opposition

Pembroke pride themselves on being competitive. Looks like Scotchies might be the team to beat this year - high calibre of recruits who if they all stay sound and around will take them a long way but seem to perhaps lack depth. Lets hope the picket fence oval does not turn to its usual bog in winter to disrupt their grand plans for September glory. PNU will give the competition grunt and Iggies may just be a surprise whilst the sleeper could be the poorly named Jets. But all will begin to be revealed this Saturday as the trials end and the real battles begin.

Seaton will be very competitive from what they dished out in a trial against us a few weeks ago. COuple of recruits including a big unit from Centrals!

Would advise all to get down to Jet Park for the game vs Pembroke.

The Unley Mercedes Jets will be holding our 'Ladies Day' event in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

There will be fundraising and awareness raising initiatives on the day including; all umpires in pink, pink footy, pink armbands etc etc

But most importantly there will 200 ladies dressed in pink!

Up the JETTERS!!
