12 years ago, Portugal decriminalised the possession of small amounts of cocaine, heroin, meth, e and pot. In those 12 years, drug usage in Portugal has dropped to the lowest of the EU members. Drug related diseases has halved. Twice the number of addicts are seeking treatment. Time to stop the longest and dumbest war I think.

Don't know, but you would think better since there are less users.

How do they know usage has dropped? They probably go on crime statistics, and since theres less arrests, they think less usage.

Every second persons probably baked or pinging in their basement, eating Cheetos for tea every night.
