rang the tennants of one of my rental property to tell them I will not be renewing there lease as I am selling the house. Only for them to turn around and say that they where not going to renew as there now looking at buying there own. And how they where only saying the other day how much they would like to just buy it. We agreed on a value and they will be signing the paper work tomorrow. Something I was dreading all day as they have been great tennants has turned into something pretty dam good.
