Going to see my racehorse today in his new home and finding it in poor to average condition after travelling from Melbourne last night. Obviously this mornington based syndication cares less about their horses then they do about their customers, which is hard to believe.

One bloody local resident intends to kick up a stink against an application for the Glenelg Reserves team to play under lights before a League game under lights

Spare me
The council's development assessment panel will consider the matter on Wednesday, March 27.

Song of the Sands. Hasn't started yet, it's been a long story. They suggested we get rid of it, we said no and wanted a 2nd opinion. He tried to bluff us, not knowing that 40% of owners were mates. So we bought it to SA, and he is up at Strath now. I don't know if he will get to the races just yet, but at least we sleep better at night knowing the thing exists and we get a run for the money we have out layed. He'll be a distance horse with his breeding, just hoping we get one start out of him, so us lads can go to races to watch and get blind.

They would've had their chance to bitch and whinge during the planning process when the council would have called for residentts feedback.

Someone is going to get told a great big fat BAD LUCK!

The atrocious 'earth hour', designed especially for the modern day person (like my idiot neighbour) who believes in nothing really but likes the idea of being conspiciously moral and symbolic for an hour as long as someone notices.

I care about Earth Hour so much I make sure all my lights are switched on, all my appliances are running, and both my cars are idling in the driveway.
