Be surprised if Mark plays too many games, still be very good at Div 6, back is stuffed though

Is that the same Mark Demasi who played in a Div 1 flag at Goody Sts?

Yes.

Then he could carve Div 6 a new bum with 2 broken legs, a bad back, a serious hamstring and a poor attitude. He is a wonderful person and one of the Saints best. Good luck if you have him. :finga:

Took the words out of my keyboard hollywood. Christies Beach would be looking to improve this year but they aren't yet a top 8 side.

They accounted for us pretty easily in the end and would have won by more if they kicked straight. It was a good hitout and I think we got a fair bit out of it but I think it was more “reality check” than “good signs”. Although I was super impressed with a few of the new guys. Matty Francis looked really good, as did Britto and Buddy.

We have a few to come in including Mazey, Daish, Nat and Simper so it wasn't too bad a result.

they probably want to stay down cos with 9 teams all certainties they seem the only side who arnt going to win it.
Div 6 has more gun footballers than any other competition been recruited.
Dont know why we are all not playing trials against div 1 sides.

TTG have pulled their D grade and will only have a C grade in C3 due to huge lack of numbers.

Yeah bloke I work with is out at TTG and said a lot of players retired after last year's GFs. He also said a handful of players will now be heading to Greenacres to get a game in their B grade.

i dont think that is the right decision if the league chose to do that C1,C2,C3,C4 are here fora reaon and thats where TTG should go you have div 7 teams with an As and Bs who can come up

i think it doesnt give div 6 much respect if the reserves have a bye to be honest its easier just to push them to C3 and bring up someone

so what club should suddenly be pushed up from division 7 two weeks before the season starts because a club above them has had an unfortunate turn of events? does that sound fair for the "promoted" club?..then they have to place a full bye into division 7 and also reorganise the entire C3 division? this is the best option at this late stage..a bye for the div 6 reserves..

i think TTG into C3 and any div 7 team up into div 6 to be honest at the end of the day no team wants to be in div 7 and if a team in a higher grade cant raise 2 sides why reward them with staying in the div....put them back in C grade where they belong

i think the perfect thing is TTG goes down to a C grade comp and then there is a bye in Div 6

You've got to wonder what makes that many people leave a club.
