I'm guessing 2x games in 6, 1x in 7, 1x 8? That would prob make sense, enough games to qualify but majority of games in higher grade prevents playing lower, perhaps also not actual enough games played in specific grade to qualify for that grade.

not quite oz im sure the rules are div 6,7,8 require a minimum of 7 games to quailify for finals.... div 1,2,3,4,5 require 4 games to qualify for finals.... so if you only played 4 games in div 6,7,8 you only qualify for finals in div 1,2,3,4,5
