tend to agree..........Metallica's St Anger was very ordinary, 2 - 3 good songs and the rest well probably best left alone.........................new album on the way interesting if the boys have regained the fire in the belly

I think whoever compiled this list was very biased towards Limp Bizkit! Yeah theyre lame but sheesh as if u could have Aqua - Aquarium way above them????? Significant other as well as Korns Follow the leader were forefront to the whole nu metal scene. Like nu metal or not, u gotta respect that.

Interesting you should say that liz. RYM is a collaborative website...anyone can logon and post a review and make an album rating. You can logon and strike a blow for Nu Metal if you wish.

The CDs that I have/have access to/had.

24 - Metallica - St Anger (really like this album, songwise. Production is shit)
105 - Metallica - ReLoad (better than Load)
118 - GnR - The Spaghetti Incident? (some good songs)
133 - Megadeth - Risk (not their finest moment...not a complete dud though)
260 - The Doors - Full Circle (were never going to be good with out Jim)
440 - Metallica - Load (Load and Reload would be good albums IF THEY WEREN'T METALLICA)
804 - The Cranberries - To the Faithful Departed (3 good songs on it. Pass on the rest)
908 - 4 Non Blondes - Bigger, Better, Faster, More! (7 of the 11 are really good songs. A very underrated album)
972 - MD.45 - The Craving (Dave Mustaine solo)
988 - Slipknot - Iowa (some very good songs on here, especially Everything Ends and People=Shit)
1251 - Megadeth - The World needs A Hero (not a bad album, its no Rust In Piece, but still good)
1265 - ugly Kid Joe - Motel California (cant really comment, think ive heard this once. Ive heard worse music)
1322 - Slayer - Undisputed Attitude (Richard Hung Himself, Cant Stand You and Guilty of Being White are good)
1500 - Ugly Kid Joe - Americas Least Wanted (Strong album, some great songs, big fan of this album)
1559 - Adam Sandler - They're All Gonna Laugh at You! (Very funny, especially Medium Pace)
1562 - Foo Fighters - One by One (Not their best effort, but some really good songs anyway)
1628 - Be Your Own Pet - Be your Own Pet (great album, especially if you like the Grates, andthe Yeah Yeah Yeahs)
2048 - Silverchair - Frogstomp (Silverchairs only good album. Had good songs since, but nothing like this album)
2342 - Hole - Celebrity Skin (some good songs, but only listen to once a year or gets annoying)
2353 - Anthrax - Live: The Island Years (good live album, In My World is brilliant)

Up to 2400, finish tomorrow.

CELTIC FROST: Cold Lake
Switzerland's Black/Avant Garde Metal icon's 1st (& thank God only) foray in
to the tossa world of Glam 'Cock Rock'...

The myriad of SEX PISTOLS albums following 'Never Mind the Bollocks' & 'Flogging a Dead Horse'
(Just Malcom McLaren trying to make more of the 'Filthy Lucre' I reckon!)
