Ewwww. I did this when I first started using eBay. Bought a 4-wood without reading the faaaarking fine print "pick up only" so after a few heated message exchanges I realised I was the tool and not him so I apologised. So maybe cut him slack because it is easy to miss if you are new to it

Nope they have over 100 transactions.....they still haven't realised their mistake, my first messaged asked them if they read the item description and their reply "can I pay on friday?"


I would troll them but I don't want to be a negged.

Driving last night down a road I drive every day...doing 55km in a 60 zone and get flashed by a speed camera.

Theres some road work barriers in the area, but no speed limit signs saying 25km. I knew I was coming up to a speed camera, I knew I was doing 55km, so didnt slow down any more, and got done.

Whats the best way to fight this, because it could be 7 demerits and over $1000 fine.

Go and talk your local state member H. Those guys are usually looking for any excuse to take up an issue that causes a constituent grief on their patch
