Only a few changes, more of a top up really, most of our clearances will be 2's players, so hopefully that will add depth and help minimise the effect of inevitable injuries.

Yes, but we do have one big surprise. He will be very good. Just managed to sqeeeeeeeeeeeeze him in.

Went and checked out Victor's trial at Encounter Bay today. Moved the ball extremely well for a first trial match.

Got up by a bit. Good first hit out. Snowball from Lucindale is one massive unit.

I was in Victor doing some shopping and stumbled on the game on the way home. Watched the second half of the A's and I appreciate it is only a trial but both teams looked pretty sharp and skills were good. There was only a few goals in those 2 quarters. It was interesting but, to see Victor in blue and white with blue shorts and Pt Noarlunga in blue and white with white shorts and those magnificent gentlemen who control our great game, turn up in their lovely white outfits with yes, blue socks.

Yep I lost valuable hours attending this game, should've gone to Victor. Lucindale aren't the side they were 2 years ago and looked like they were missing a few, as you'd expect this time of year. Can't see the Mudlarks making huge inroads or threatening the top 5. My guess somewhere in the bottom 3.

If Skrypek is the little bloke with light hair then Skrypek looked good and Hodge stood out as per normal. Didn't see Ewer out there.

Looked pretty small across the ground but had runners everywhere.

"IF" that is Skrypek, then he is a very good clean ball magnet. Not much of him but oozes class. It was a trial after all and Ewer didn't play and I am sure a few others but yes they were small, particularly in the square but they look like they have improved more than enough to be a danger.

Both Gaz and Wendles went well. Both did as they pleased in a laid back trial. Chris was out. Quality blokes as well.

Not sure when you got there Yankman but i'm told Iljcesen kicked 6 himself in half a game of footy and clearly enjoyed the quality ball coming in to him. Did young Sam Harvey get many kicks Stinky Bill?
