surely if there's any a graders missing for those reasons as a club you must make em unavailable for finals my god if one off my team mates missed for either 1 of those reasons I wouldn't want em playing finals after letting your team mates down I am the biggest metallica fan ever and would never miss cricket to see em. ppl that commit the crime must do the time.

the biggest metallica fan EVER... would be at soundwave saturday, and as your team are all paid players and probably contracted too , id expect them to play cricket too... but ours aint paid.. and you dont see metallica, lincoln park, blink 182, the offspring, garbage, paramore, cyress hill, slayer, anthrax every saturday.... have a good day at cricket this week... im having the week off.

paid or not has nothing to do with it I've played at clubs where I haven't got paid end off the day never miss cricket for that reason maybe that's why your clubs average and will continue to be average for many yrs to come. club legend like yourself should be leading by example.

yeah i guess your clubs OK for a div 2 club, my club would love to buy a premiership too , but we are working towards winning it the usual way, would be interested to see how many of those players would play there for free... i think it has everything to do with it...
