Have been to see Tom Gleeson and former West Torrens cricketer (Mickey D). Both were very good, but preferred Mickey.
Seeing 'Confessions of a midtwenties fag hag' and 'grey picket fences' twice and will go two more times. There is a reason though - my nephew is the young lad performing 'grey picket fences'. Was not sure how Lachie would go but did very very well. Review in today's Advertiser calls it one of the highlights of the Fringe - get along to it if you can. ;)

Southee, I should also add that Lachie is another ex Brighton High School lad - finished about six years ago.

Cheers

A mate went and saw a Xavier Watson(?) and said it was deplorable.

Arj Barker was solid. Was doing all new material and I'm pretty sure he was performing that set for the first time in front of a live audience. He was a little fresh, but it was the preview show and he'll probably take a couple of shows to tighten it up. He was still funny as **** though and can recommend it if anyone is keen to see him perform a new routine.

Any idea where I can get a Fringe guide? My wife wants to go, but we don't have the guide like we did last year...

He's really not funny, just like Hamish & Andy. Not in terms of style, but in terms of lack of humour.
