- coaches and players did not set out to lose, but acted in a manner prejudicial to the AFL
- Chris Connolly banned for 11 months
- Dean Bailey banned for 16 rounds

So if they didn't tank, what did they do wrong?

Mark Robinson asked in the press conference how did this all differ from what Fremantle did before the finals when they 'rested' half their team ... apparently that was different.

They've got to pay for their pointless investigation somehow. They probably got the best forensic computer analysists, etc CSI style. Finding them not guilty and then fining and suspending them makes the AFL look more like a basketcase.
