I don't have a problem quitting, it's staying off them. As soon as I have a drink, I must smoke. Hopefully the ecig helps. It's my duromine.

6 weeks. You are doing well. Should be over the worst of it by now. Had a decent drinking session yet?

I can get on the piss during the week and I don't crave them, catch up with my cricket mates on a Saturday and it ends up being urge overkill, then go back to Sunday and have none.

Well I think this is how I've got away with it so far. I can have a drink or two,no problem - but I haven't gone on a bender yet, or really been around smokers that much either.

ie; I haven't really been tested. Given that I have absolutely no willpower, the first whiff of cigarette smoke I get and I'll be down the shops buying up

Nice work SD! Have you needed to go shopping for new clothes yet? Nothing like going down a size or two. Great feeling.

I've purchased a couple of things but as I have quite a bit to go I'm not purchasing too much. Putting on the work slacks and realising you have to tighten your belt a bit more is a pretty good feeling.

Yes, and it uses nicotine, but you can use juice with no nicotine. That is my next step.

Being on a mission to upgrade the car and getting to test drive all the contenders. It's priceless when sales people begin spruiking about crapola like litre/100km and something about five (green) stars or whatever and you quickly gloss over that stuff and just talk about grunt, braking and road holding and wether or not you can get golf clubs and a suitcase or two in the boot.

It's funny you say that - when I bought my last car, I took all my footy gear (medical boxes, drink bottles etc..) and made the salesman fit them all in the boot before I considered purchase

My 2013 so far. It's been great, things are looking up after a pretty sh!t 2012. I've met a new girl who is just awsome and so much fun to be with, been having so much fun with friends at various events, going well at work and fingers crossed I get kept on after I finish my apprenticeship, gone back out to cricket and absolutely loving it and been smashing through pre season footy training as I'm as fit as I've ever been where I'm now the fittest bloke at the club and keen as for the season ahead. I owe it all to my best mate, having him in town for new years finally helped me put 2012 behind me and now I'm really looking forward to the year ahead, I'm in a good place at the moment.
