That I would like to know.

I would also like to know why the SANFL waited so long to investigate this matter when they had the paperwork from Norwood early last season.

If there was an anomalies with the paper work why wait until the story was leaked to the media?

Why has it taken the SANFL almost 2 weeks to get around to interviewing KMac when all they had to do was ask Norwood's CEO and Football manager right at the outset (that is after it was leaked to the media when the paperwork was with the SANFL for (10?) months)?

So I am expected to disbelieve my club's CEO and believe a bunch of village idiots who write prejudicial comments on a forum?

Some being the operative word here.

The fine against Westies for being UNLUCKY in their guess paperwork has just about buggered the club. Pretty severe if you ask me.
Fine the idiots who devised such a ridiculous system rather than see a long standing club go to the wall over some technical mumbo jumbo that is a total joke. West Adelaide falling out of the comp is no joke though !!!!!!!!!

West rolled the dice, and the gamble failed. They deserved the fine they got. Same as Port.

if $50K is enough to sink the club then it is going to happen anyway.

West's financials and how the SANFL manage salary cap breaches should be mutually exclusive and they were in this case.

West have no-one else to blame but themselves.

Here are the facts:
3 players to be interviewed for contract ammendents mid-season, all of which were signed off by the SANFL at the time.
Kieran McGuiness $10,000
Michael Newton $10,000
Brett Zorzi $5,000
All paid from the marketing allowance each club gets.
Norwood are in fact $28,000 under the salary cap.
CEO very open about it at AGM Tuesday night.
Norwood firmly believe it is the wording of the contracts, not the finances.
If the previous SANFL CEO signed off on it, why is the new one investigating us and not their procedures??

It is slowly getting worse though!

At first it was denied, denied, denied!

Then it was McGuinness was meeting with SANFL,

Now it involves three players!

What's Next!
