I must say that I thought it was pretty ballsy of the Pooraka CC to have their big raffle last year, it could've backfired real easy, I was pretty happy with about 15 pints and an endless bbq aswell as the chance to win $10K, good to see them reaping the rewards.

heard Pooraka bowled Para Hills out for 89, made it 2 down and have them 5/30 in the second dig already

heard it was a bit fiery between a pooraka lad ( last years t20 skipper) and a para hills batsman......something of a see you in the car park...
and a bit of the old name calling ? should be interesting next saturday......para hills lad not happy at all. umpire even said something to para hills player.
see some things have not changed .....

lol the peasant bloke from para hills didn't play the week after think he had sun burn or something but the 1st week did talk some serious smack but the rest off the para hills lads were fine.

Just noticed in A3 that Modbury and Gepps Cross are in serious danger of falling to A4!! Two once proud and strong clubs, surely it's a long way back from A4!!

It is indeed a long way. With those A grade clubs that have moved into the A Grade divisions for the first time has ensured some interesting road trips for some teams
