PDCA will bat first and get bowled out for 110 (82 coming through cow corner), with ATCA passing the score 3 down (with a revised batting line up).

Anyone else??

so your saying it will be a mirror image of the recent under 21 drubbing.. ok... if thats your prediction, your entitled to it..

I see your cricketing ability matches your reading ability..............poor!!
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

Rosies in trouble early 3/37 at first drinks. Brilliant partnership from Figallo & Brookes of 178 swung the game in our favour. Both brought up much deserved 100s and we managed to get to 272.

Job half done..

Bowling was to a very high standard from both sides i thought. 120 runs from 70 overs for 18 wickets is some going by the bowling sides

Well seen as I have been viewing a hard wicket game for some of today, containing players from this thread, I guess I'm allowed to post here??
Please don't ban me again for posting on an open forum
I don't quite get why adults are playing on a surface that was made for school and kids cricket, it's great for these two groups because it offers even bounce for batsmen, good carry for keepers, and it can be played on in harsher weather than turf. For the owners of such grounds its offers a lot less upkeep, once laid can be forgotten about, no need to pay a groundsman, perfect for schools.

But we have adults playing on it, producing shots with footwork similar to sewag, the footwork is the only thing similar to sewag. As I type, another lusty blow over deep mid on- deep mid wicket. That's right, cow corner. This surface also seems to make these seamers who are no quicker than a M. Samuels quicker ball bowl bouncers.

Lastly, for a league select eleven, there are some portly fellows in the 22 that don the leagues colours.
Oh and another one over in that same area, only this time the batsman stands there with his chest out, I presume he thinks he has played a good shot, or pushing his chest out better hides his ample waistline.

Para Districts won 9 wickets down chasing Adelaide Turd all out 188..... well done to selector Bill Fuller and skipper Daniel Jenner and all the guys involved in a fantastic win , also thankyou to Atco for their hosting of the day.

D. Jenner 40, J. Carmen 36, and a young Josh Osbourne 31*, only got a game because Parker injured his finger in the field and needed a replacement, he ended up with direct hit run out from the boundary and with Justin Carmen combined beautifully for the 9th wicket to get into a winning position before Justin did the unselfish thing and gave the 1000's of fans what they wanted and let the Phantom casually come out and hack 2 educated slaps for 4 to win with 2 balls to spare.

Wickets - Woodward 4 was on fire and bowled a treat, Bedgegood 2, singles to Scott, Jenner and Carmen. Parker bowled an amazing spell with good wheels and very unlucky not to get a wicket. We dropped a few hard catches.

Lord Rocco opened batting, 1st 3 balls for 4 then snicked up few balls later... also dropped a catch late in the game..

Number 3 batsman from ATCA hit the ball like Aaron Finch, Carson had 8 lives and solid contributions from most the top order. Tail failed, that's the difference.
