You need to get your stuff right champ before speaking up. So here is the actual truth instead of your dreamt rubbish, The reason I possibly wasn't going to play is because of tendonitis in both knees. Playing 2 days straight is more than a challenge as anyone who saw me play in the 20 20 final will confirm for you, it's also the reason I bowl off 3 steps now days. Main reason I played is because Richie overall was the captain of the side and is my captain at local level, and to also do the right thing by the association and chopper and nummy as mates of theirs!!!! It had nothing to do with you champ I can assure you. I had zero input into picking the side and heard it first at a delegates meeting after it was already selected. I spoke to nummy after this once I had heard that he and chopper were receiving phone calls and texts from players that didn't get picked. I offered my opinion to him saying that I think they had got it right in playing a side that could play together for years to come and the side they took on weekend was the correct one in my opinion. What you said about wiw24 is deplorable and so far off the mark. He will be the first to give you an honest opinion of his own ability and played in multiple Meyer shield sides when he was asked to, not because he's a good bloke, but yes that's true to. Always made himself available. You think you know a lot when in fact you know very little and the dribble your writing on here is just confirming that.

And of course all of the above is true RCQ, everything that gets done in Meyer shield is always transparent and fair. Sorry for being the only one to voice my concern over the complicated process that is selection

Um..whats going on??... $hits getting real, over what is basically a game!! Yes we all love it and when your not pick for a side theres always disappointment been there myself when younger, how did he get in when i didnt, but sometimes it went my way when my stats where'nt the greatest!!!! Im really starting to hate Mycricket!!!!

NOT everything has to be about stats but about building a TEAM that i believe WILL HAVE A REAL CHANCE OF WINNING IT ALL WITHIN THE NEXT 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!... Why isnt Nash, Ifould or Num in the team... arnt their STATS good enough????(old farts too) YOUTH!!! Stats stats blah blah this team is going to be kept together to prove that point, and i truely think they can win it. In past years we have had up to 6-8 changes each year, its clearly not working with players picked on just stats!!!!! If your a gun, you maybe having an average year you lose confidence BUT not ability and the good ones play well when NEEDED!!!!!

We will be hoping to only make 2-4 changes C. Franceschini did the same as Coxy the year before and played well, and will be better again next year as well as Andy Evans(injury) are a couple of players that could come into the side. The boys where a bit quite in the field Saturday but if not for 10 minutes of madness when batting would have chased down Hills score on the first day, with time and some beers together which happened after the game both days are going to bond nicely isnt that right 'Atlas'!!!!!!

I Think $8 is pretty generous for the back to back premiers wiw. With Enc Bay and Compass known to choke in big games and Mclarens poor batting form, they are still well in the hunt. Did they come from 4th last year?

Despite Willunga losing key bats this season they will no doubt be a threat come finals time, provided they make it. I wouldn't be writing them off just yet. McLaren haven't been in the greatest form and are every chance of missing top 2 with Compass firing on all cylinders. It seems as if your a touch overconfident at this stage WIW24.

I just think without Barry there batting looks shaky, if mcfail fails then they only have really elliot to rely on.
their depth now isnt there compared to the other 3 sides.

McLaren hasnt been in the best of form but have depth down the order with Altus being a rock down the lower order

Compass are threatening and Bays are favourites.
