Talking to a few Ardrossan players today. Picked up 8 players from the city. 4 from Eastern Park and a few from West Adelaide and at least one from Edwardstown.

Might be big improvers and will certainly win more than the 1, from last season.

Dusty Millar and his super attacking coaching style, will certainly win more than a few. Dusty only knows how to attack and does not play men behind the ball, and Ardrossan will improve under him.

Was floating around in Fisherman's Bay and Port Broughton most of last week and all last long weekend plus ventured into Kadina, Wallaroo and Moonta, and had a number of interesting footy chats and interesting meetings. Found out that Papps from Kadina and a few of his mates look like leaving and heading to Henley in the SAAFL.

Very good player is Papps, and a big loss to the Bloods but a good get for the Sharks. Heard Lee was heading with him. Both from the Eagles and know most of the Henley players well and Lee was at the Sharks in previous years and played a bit of league footy at the Eagles.

Super impressive clubrooms that are nearly finished at Kadina .Fantastic new rooms when shown through the club. Will be good for the club and community.

Was told a list of all the players leaving Moonta. Might struggle to be competitive is the guess.

General early thoughts from the many I spoke with was that the Crows were 10 goals better than anyone else and they would play Paskerville in the GF. Early season tip from the locals

Which west adelaide players? Millar will b 3 points, EP's best and fairest winner (Robertson i think) 3 points, ruckman from edwardstown 3 points, plus keeping cotsaris & bickmore (2 each) is 13 points, won't have many more to play with...
