First shield win at home since October 2009.

We win the David Hookes Trophy.

so far we have beaten Victoria in both shield games and the one Ryobi cup game played with another to go.

Raphael = dud!? Nice one c*ckhead!

Awesome effort from the great man... Taking SA to victory after being smashed in the side of the head at 150kph, start of a great career! #legend #toughunit

Good effort, still not sure he is up to but with Hughes gone for the season he will get a few more chances to prove himself

That's a crazy stat, shows how far we've fallen.

Well done to the Redbacks on the win though, gutsy stuff.

Well done to Joe Mennie , Chris Sayers , Phillip Hughes who carried this team in this match
Apart from a useful effort here and there from the others, the fact remains our batting and spin bowling was below par again

Was there any life in the pitch ?
Or were the bowlers in the main too good for the batters ?

Lu da man was also handy considering his second innings score in comparison to all other second innings scores

Two spinners at AO is stupid. It is obvious Botha can not play primarily as a batsman. Not a bad thing Lyon will be away on international duties, saves Chuck the problem of dropping the test spinner.
