Josh Ralph looked good up forward, Shane Jordan will no doubt be a big asset and a potent focal point, and I hope Anthony Morgante and Michael Eichner both have a dynamite year down back.

Overall, I think there's added depth to the squad, and I hope it all gels when it matters most.

How is Matthew Phillips going is he playing this year?

Playing out at gawler centrals.

Sounds like the Tigers are on a spending spree.

can confirm this rumor, big clint is backpacking though europe atm and will return in august just in time for finals, great pick up. any truth to damo leith coming out the joker to try his hand in footy? also clive waterhouse was seen down bagster road talking to the natives, looks like another signature.

Well played.

Perhaps I should've explained what I meant in more detail. I have a lot of time for Gawler Central, and it's good to see them opening the cheque book in order to try to improve their side. As many of us would know, they had a horror year in 2012, after many years of being around the mark. They have a bunch of good juinors around, and they will need some time to really become A Grade quality.

Salisbury North haven't been shy in enticing recruits to Bagster Road, and yes, some of them would be on some good coin.

They have had that money for years but still haven't won anything.

No argument there, Beero.

Salisbury North haven't won any silverware in the A Grade since joining the SAAFL. But like all clubs, we're doing our best to change that.

Last A Grade premiership 1990 in the CDFA
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

I love how when Salisbury north get players everyone assumes its for top dollar have a look at the new recruits and then have a look at theyre reason for being at the nest.

Jordan - played nearly 100 games for snfc before he left for $$$ returning to play with his mates
Solly - didn't want to play sanfl footy anymore snfc has been his home club for at least 4 years now
Mav - also played between 50-80 games before leaving for $$$
B Hood - brother plays there
Camplin - snfc junior as well as his good mates play there
Sharpe - wanted to play div 1 footy so he contacted the club

so i think u will find these players were not offered the money u think they are on, just a coincidence they all returned at the same time

To me, getting paid at all is good coin. But then again, I was never good enough to be paid to play any sport, so my opinion doesn't matter.

You've got rocks in your head if you think these blokes have returned for love. Do understand that they are all mates and that would've helped the cause, but they were not coming back a $20 drink card... I'm not knocking the club or these blokes but you have to be realistic.
