WOW I would think Westies before The Lodge, Hope Valley and Heccies as they did finish 3rd last year

I would probably put CBC in there as well and your mob will be around the mark as sides historically go ok when they are relegated unless they have a mass walkout of quality

Not much to report up at Golden Grove. Good numbers on the track, lots of running and the 2 new coaches are well-liked already by the boys. No recruits of note, just relying on local talent and getting a few back out that missed large chunks of last year thru injury.
