One possibilty is that Brock Lesnar will interfere at the Rumble and cost The Rock the match (as he too is associated with Paul Heyman), setting up up a Mania match between the 2.

I don't get why Alberto is now a good guy (his character is very unlikeable, although not as much at The Miz), or why he's champion after losing main events for 2 years. I expect it won't be a long reign.

maybe he complained he was getting lakc of, but also losing 2 main events i dont think that would change anything, the face of WWE cena lost to the ROCK last year as we all know but still will win the championship again this year..... :(

Now Ziggler can cash in on a face rather than a heel, leading to Ziggler carrying the big gold belt into Mania

doubtful, maybe at mania he will cash in, doubtful beforehand as the WWE would want to see how del rio goes being the face of smackdown, why if they wanted that ,that they would now say to dolph ok cash in and become heavyweight only after a few weeks

That's who I'm hoping for, but unfortunately Wrestlemania is no longer about pushing new stars.

Royal Rumble Card so far:
WWE Title: CM Punk versus The Rock- Rock to win
WHC Match: Alberto del Rio versus The Big Show- ADR to retain
Tag Titles: Team Hell No versus Team Rhodes Scholars- Hell No to win.
Would expect a Divas title match, Kaitlin retaining over whomever.
Ten names announced for Rumble Match: Cena, Orton, Sheamus, Ziggler, Slater, Mahal, McIntyre, Cesaro, Barrett, The Miz

Expect Kane, Bryan, Rhodes and Sandow all to pull double duty, as well as Ted Dibiase and Tyson Kidd to return from injury, and the following superstars: Big E Langston, Ryback, Reigns, Ambrose, Rollins, Gabriel, Ryder, Brodus and Marella
That gives 25 names, and there'll likely be a few fun entrants, ala JBL, Ricardo Rodriguez. (27)
Three to go, Richie Steamboat's main roster debut, Brock Lesnar's stunning return, and a superstar returning to set up his mania feud (Undertaker).

So roughly work out the resident "stayer" John Cena will open proceedings with someone like Big E, and there'll be a moment when Lesnar is in the ring alone, and the gong goes off for Taker.
Final four: John Cena, Dean Ambrose, Ryback, Wade Barrett
Ryback pummeling on Ambrose, Barrett takes advantage and eliminates Ryback, whilst celebrating Cena dumps Barrett over the ropes, before Reigns and Rollins return, beat down Cena, and Ambrose wins the thing.

More just hoping...
Cena/Rock or Punk/Rock are too predictable, and although one will happen, if another heel wins the rumble, they'll face Del Rio, which if it's the Shield might actually make the WHC relevant.
And then the left over man out of Cena/Punk can have Barrett or Ryback....

Mania:
The Rock (c) versus John Cena for the WWE Title
The Undertaker versus Brock Lesnar
Alberto Del Rio (c) versus Dean Ambrose for the WHC
CM Punk versus Ryback
Team Hell No versus Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns for the Tag Team Titles
Random match: The Miz, Randy Orton & Sheamus versus The Rhodes Scholars & Big Show

Then have the other belts defended.

Please let a hard working Wrestler win the Rumble. Rock should come in. Lay down and piss off until Mania. Too many hard working new stars to let that ego maniac near the belt .. Unless he wins and we have him, Hulk, flair and Bruno in a 4 way

i personally like it that the rocks back... Yourself and many others bag the rock for coming back, BUT you name me one person on the current roster who is a bigger draw then him? Whether you like him or not he is good for business!! And thats what the wwe is.
Also people seem to have very short memory's, he's done everything in the business, he has nothing more to prove, but he still returns, he certainly doesn't need the $$$. I personally not to fussed who wins the match, if the rock wins he's around to mania, which is great, if he loses he'll be there til mania. If punk loses it won't be so bad because his title run has become a bit stale, well until the Rock came back. And if he wins it will add to an impressive title run. The punk and rock fued is already better then the one with cena and this is only been a few weeks. The match will be great. RAW has been very good since his return, and you cant say you didn't chuckle when he did the song about vicki???  ... with RAW being PG doesn't help the rock a great deal. Saying all that i would still like to see the rock have one last title run.

Also doesn't the undertaker come back once a year to do his mania bit??? Would you feel the same if stone cold returned to face punk??? That would be awesome.

Would i like to see someone like Bryan or ziggler win the title, of course i would. iron man match between punk and bryan would be epic...

Can't do an iron man match, it wouldn't leave enough time for the awesome musical performances and hilarious backstage segments...

Rock, Brock, HHH and Taker are all part-timers who will be in a Mania match for the big pay-off.

The last two I can handle, twenty-plus year veterans who made their careers out of WWE and in HHH's case still heavily involved in the organisation.
Rock 9 years and stepping stone to Hollywood fame, comes back for big coin and to promote his latest shit movie.
Brock... Well, not even sure what he brings to the table. A UFC dud, and not a mainstream anything, as judges by his HHH feud.
