I'm hoping that Morphy's will level the score CK. You can let the boys know that I've arranged for Davids parents, brother and sister to be there for the 2nd week and will be there for the presentations. Here's hoping we can have another good night like the inaugural one - great night and so well supported by both clubs - just as long as they dont ask me to speak again!!

Don't worry about that Madrooter, we wont. I would rather listen to my wife rave on.

Would of been fairly entertaining for you boys to watch with those two in the runs. Love the way McCann goes about batting, just shit if we are on the end of it. And Brock only knows one way to bat so would of been some big hits in there.

Who won the twenty20 semi final between south road and Plympton today?
Coro vs Cove game was washed out. Match will be played Thursday night under lights at Blackwood FC I believe.

Good to see the 20/20s back under lights. Draws a much bigger crowd and you'll have the footy players there. Just make sure you bowl all the overs from the northern end...

Spinners bowling full tosses from the southwest end with the batsmen looking into the sun. Foolproof plan!

For those interested who don't feel like training due to heat:

Twenty20 Semi Final tonight:
* Coromandel vs Cove
* @ Blackwood Football Club
* 6pm first pink/white ball bowled
* BBQ & bar facilities available

Winner to play South Road C.C in the ASCA Final.

Would be great to get a crowd at a superb facility!!

Good night last night for the Dave Lee memorial match between WYC and Morphies. Well supported by both clubs and the night was enjoyed by all that were there. Makes it even better when you're on the winning side.

What were the other results? Cove past south roads total 6 down and then a disgraceful bit of umpiring firing blokes because he wanted to go home and cove wanted to bat on. And then just leaving not even signing the books or nothing absolute disgrace.

Hmm interesting.. never heard of the umpire in question. Doesn't sound good if that's happening.

Coro 189 def ICC 183 by 6 runs in a close game. M Cheek 6 wickets, S Cheek 3 wickets.

I don't know whether its my phone being shite, but I can't see that any scores have been updated on mycricket as yet?

Think mycricket is down at present. Phil sent out an email to clubs about it.

6 sides left in the race now I think. Keswick with another outright see them very close to sealing a top 4 spot. One more win will guarantee it now I think

Something is wrong with mycricket. It's not letting us save results.

Ramblers beat Plympton 9 wickets down on the last ball of the day. Fair to say the best game of cricket I've ever been involved with.

Struth! Fair effort. How many required off the last over and last ball?

4 off the last over with Sammy Davenport on strike. 2 runs off first 4 balls with 2 singles off the last two to tie and then for the win.

MyCricket was having issues so No Results could be entered from Saturday afternoon until about 8pm Sunday. Looks as though teams are slowly adding them since then. Would just depend on the person putting scorers in being able to do it on a Sunday Night.
