its a shame that the country throws around big cash and then forces local clubs to pay a bit extra to keep some decent players...loyality went out the window and has been replaced by 300-600 dollars a game

Gatt, no-one forces clubs to pay the huge money.its up to the individual clubs to decide what they want to do.Personally I liked the Hope Valley model of promoting juniors from within rather than recruiting "star Players" who come and go when the next offer is bigger.Amazing that they are in Div 4,when a lot of higher paying clubs are below them.Perhaps there is still some loyalty out there
