With the possible side effects one being it stuff up your heart why would you want too? All it does it makes you feel less hungry and doesn't teach you anything at all. Once you come off you go back to eating what you where and and put all the weight back on. 2.1kgs a week is easily achieved by dieting and it will be 2.1kgs of mainly fat. On duromine as you'll be eating way below the amount of calories you should be that 2.1kgs a week will include a lot of muscle loss.
I am severely obese according to the BMI. I have changed my diet or I would be even bigger, nothing but natural foods cutting out most carbs and sugar. The problem is I sit in front of this computer 12 to 14 hours a day eating most of the time, so it’s not what I eat but how much. Bad back, tendonitis, very bad knees and arthritis means limited exercise is possible, without causing injury. But you may have a point I will talk to my quack as I have a dicky ticker as well.
