applying for a unit on friday morning at 830am, told i would recieve a phone call promised by before 24 hours of business (would be 830am monday today) no call recieved, i ring rental agency at 430pm, ask wwhat is going on, get told they are looking, LOOKING for my application (means to me that they have probably lost it) and would call back within 20 minutes tops, STILL waiting and it was 1 hour ago. I call them, - Message - You have called "such and such" the office is currently close, please call back on the next working day, thank you.

The dickheads with their seadoo in the surf at Moana yesterday with hundreds of people/kids closeby, amazing someone didnt get hit/killed.

It wasnt just one of those jetski things, it was a 2 seater about 12 feet long, they have plenty of spots they could go where there are no other swimmers but they choose to be heros....

I remember the good old days at moana. Beautiful beach with about 15 other cars on it, getting burnt to a crisp and the only thing you had to worry about in the water was not loosing the truck tube in the surf.

Losing the phone connection on Friday in the heat comes back on Sunday after reporting to Telstra but no internet. Telstra do not want to know as it is not Big Pond. Internode contacted and confirm it is a Telstra problem they should fix by 7pm last night….still waiting.

I don't know why people would want to deface their own community, or others for that matter. I'd blame it on today's generation, but it happened in mine too. Some people have no effing respect for other people's (or community) property. But I guarantee you they'd be the first to kick up a stink if something of theirs was vandalised or stolen.
