You can't talk you're a Central supporter.
You can't talk you're a Glenelg supporter.
You can't talk you're an Eagles supporter.
You can't talk you're a North supporter.
You can't talk you're a Norwood supporter
You can't talk you're a Port supporter.
You can't talk you're a South supporter.
You can't talk you're a Sturt supporter.
You can't talk you're a West supporter.

This site would be very quiet if people actually listened to the crap people preached about not being able to comment because they follow another club.

Well, it started a couple of years before supporters of a rival club finally stopped putting pins in little Des Foster dolls and upgraded to those classy "No More Doggie Style" premiership shirts.

Hope that helps.

You seem to think you know some specific information - That's interesting!!

Let's take the Premiership team for example -

Chippendale
Clarke
Brown
Jefferies
Smart
Aish
Kirwan

And if you think, Dawe, Webber, Zorsi, Terlich, Donohue, Georgiou, Gallagher and Warren were on massive coin, you're on drugs.

Anyway, not much point trying to defend it because the SANFL seem piss weak in their (lack of) effort to do so .. Use some genuine unbiased nouse and if you think Norwood have exceeded the limit from their list, then you know fug all about footy.

But, who gives a crap, if your club was good then we'd be talking about yours not mine ;)

I agree that the names you listed played an unexpected number of league games this year, but that would also come with an unexpected cost too. Meanwhile players like Mcguiness & Newton who are highly paid regardless of how many games they play. In a year that began with winning the battle with a few other clubs for some higher priced recruits. Seems very plausible that they could be under salary cap pressure. But then again, I apparently know fug all about football as I don't barrack for Norwood.

Lol OK, forgive the crassness of my post, best not to post whilst under the influence, apologies for that.

No doubt, as with any list some players are paid at the higher end, probably on a base salary .. For which I'd imagine a %age is paid according to games played.

However I still think you'd find there's only a couple of those.

We got a bit lucky with some veterans who would have played for much less than their worth purely hoping for a flag, then we played a shed load of kids who would be min wage types (or at least would have been at the time).

I guess the point I'm trying to make, is I dunno how anyone could think Norwood's TPP for 2012 could be high.

Had Eagleton stayed I'd probably understand it a bit more, although still think we'd have been under.

It's not what Norwood has declared that is the problem, it's what they have not declared. Much more serious breach that west or ports negligence. Are there any rules that can take away premierships in the SANFL for such an offence ala the Nrl?

Did Norwood have any of their players employed by the club in an off field capacity - eg administration - during the 2012 season?

Why are the SANFL not being upfront about any of this?
A few weeks ago they issued a statement saying Norwood was fine and not in any breach.
Have they found something new or have they been hiding something?
I for one would rather they just come out and tell us
