MJ bowls a few decent balls but still goes for way too many runs and bowls far too many pies

MJ gets Jayawardene LBW
The Lankans review it and there is an inside edge.

Enjoyable watching Australia do well, but at the same time, it would be nice for someone to stick around with Sangakkara so we can see him compile a decent score. Not much to this Sri Lankan team besides himself and to a slightly lesser extent Mahela Jayawardene.

Dilshan's shot was pathetic and Mathews has no value in his wicket. This game could be over by Day 3.

Jackson Bird looks the goods! Certainly have amazing fast bowling depth at the moment, even if there isn't a real top liner amongst them (yet).

Looking through the Aussie team, there is 7 that have changed states on their way to playing for Australia.

Cowan - TAS (ex NSW)
Warner - NSW
Hughes - SA (ex NSW)
Watson - NSW (ex QLD/TAS)
Clarke - NSW
Hussey - WA
Wade - VIC (ex TAS)
Johnson - WA (ex QLD)
Siddle - VIC
Bird - TAS (ex NSW)
Lyon - SA (ex ACT)
