I'm not totally sure. I know they lost their ruckman, Hoban. But he has been replaced with Ross Pederson I'm pretty sure, who's probably better than Hoban and would be a '0' pointer.
They also lost V Rugolo to Goolwa.

I felt on GF day this year it was "Big" Dan Roberts getting on top that was a catalyst to SPOC winning the Div 1 Premiership. They should have a great match up this year, 2 big talented tall men adept at the ruckman craft.
Speaking of Robbo he was all but signed sealed and delivered to a location around 2-3 hours from Adelaide and his renumeration for the season would have been in the vicinity of 25Kit is somewhat of a coup that the powers that be and peer group pressure prevented him from signing at the 11th hour and he will remain to defend the Div 1 Premiership next year. Well done to the big fella for turning his back on the big buck$ to play for the medium buck$

Finally not sure if it has been mentioned on here already but SPOC Captain Ben Kilsby has retired due to work commitments among other things. A market is currently being framed for his return date. Plenty of rumours flying around about him being offered $1,400 a game to do a bit of travel on a Saturday. I think he will be back in Blue and Whits by about Round 5

You saw last years GF Jimmy, i saw you nearly clean out the entire VIP esky and dont get me started on your penchant for nutsof the cashew variety
but from memory would your top 3 for SPOC that day have been Shooter Schultz, Robbo and "The Bloodnut with Chappellis killer gleam" Nick Smith?

Lutz and you did more damage
I thought Roberts was best (after the Nobby's cashews), Smith second and Schultz next
Schultz got an easy ride from the midfield

PA & E Council gave them $40K to cover their own ar$e for allowing them to trade as an insolvent body. The council have a lot to answer for when you cant even get potholes fixed on a footpath. Turk, I am with you on this, would be embarrassing for all concerned but now that it's out, who will come up with what the ratepayers should be told and the office of Business & Consumer Affairs might need some explanation too!.

Things might be changing in the PA&E council. Pot holes may now get sorted.[/quote
Don't put too much on that happening, it's all been spent on North East Road just past the OG Hotel on the left heading into the city.
Still got some pokies to sell if times get tough though
