Wow! I never knew.
I think NASA actually owes alot to the Old Negro Space Program for demonstrating that things could actually be done. So it's not just a question of acknowledgement, but, if I may, giving credit to where it's due.
I'm not voting for NASA next election!

Update: My mate who has collected all this food and has radiation counters/water sterilization tablets/blocks of magnesium for starting fires etc has now gone to Bali for that date. Why go to all the trouble of collecting all this stuff and then going on a holiday?
