On a raging greentop in Hobart. Okay.

It wont be a green top its not a shield match with 6 points up for grabs.
Will be a road to last 5 days and get maximum income.

Not so sure of that.
Have heard a few experts say they are really concerned about how the pitch will be.
Wasnt it a raging green top against NZ last year?

It does not matter how weak our batting line up is because Sri Lanka will struggle to score over 250 in any test. Their batting is seriously average.

Jayawardena and Sangakarra are world class but the rest are rubbish.

Their batsman are underrated. Mathews, Dilshan and Samaraweera are all good players

Their batting is strong against minnows.

Averages v Australia

Jayawardene 34.91
Dilshan 29.28
Samarweera 28.23
Sangkkara 42.70
Paranavitana 26.40
Chandimal 91.33 (however averages only 26 outside Sri Lanka)

Truly average. Siddle and co will be looking to lower their averages.

Was looking for these everywhere on cricinfo, I actually forgot you just went to batting career summary. They are very average, we sould really smash Sri Lanka.

In saying that though Sangakkara's average against Australia in Australia is 65.16 but has only played three tests here. Jayawardene's average against Aus in Aus is pretty much the same as is overall average against Australia at 34.25 from four tests.

Saw some pics of the pitch yesterday, looks like they have just mowed a strip in the middle of the ground, hard to tell the differance between the pitch and outfield. Hopefully its better by tomorrow otherwise it will be over inside 3 days

Stoked to be working this weekend... Lack of advertising means it will be dead, and i watch a lot of cricket on the bosses time.
Cowan, warner, hughes, watson, clarke, hussey, wade, starc, siddle, hilfenhaus, lyon.
I don't like summer 2012 hilf, but he'll beat mj to the last spot.

Have heard the commentators say a few times they see Clarke as the type that will retire earlier than expected due to his on going back issues, and that they don't think he will stay involved in cricket once retired.

Pretty sure it was Tubby Taylor during an interview discussing Pontings retirement when asked how Clarke would go without Ponting in the side.
