looks like an interesting weekend. two teams just working on their percentages!
mypo-mannum must have been the most value for money with the tigers getting over the line comfortably in the end.
the other two games resembled training drills for the winning teams.
word on the street is big man hamiester kicked 15 straight!! anyone verify this??
the top 5 is starting to look pretty interesting with everyone beating someone else. still ramblers will surely be on top at the end of round 1.
will make for an interesting few months though as injuries sneak in and last minute recruits are added.

jervois won easly with bruce kicking 15 straight... T Rigs kicked 5 and I only got a kick (ha ha ha ha)

I'm not sure if Ramblers will be top after round 1, i would have thought Jervois would be. They've only lost one i believe, to Imps, haven't Ramblers lost 2 (Imps/Jervois)?

I think Ramblers will be hit by the loss of Daniel Voigt to West Aust, although i do think they will be able to cover him with 2 other reasonable ruckmen in Dalwood and Pfeiffer.

Realistically the 5 has been set, with only positions to be decided. Imps, Jervois, Ramblers will no doubt be 1 to 3 (not necessarily in that order), & Mypo presumably will play Mannum in Elimination. Seems ridiculous to be discussing finals at this stage i know, but you'd have to think this will be the case.

Probably the greatest ever lion and even better than Craig McRae and Mark Viska !!! I wonder what happened to this guy ?? I think injuries got the better of him and the incident where the umpire dived into his fist !!

GWW do you really reckon that imps will be top three at the end of the year?? they were lacking a fair bit in their mannum game and managed to lose by 2 goal from a 6 goal lead (sound familiar??)
i think you are writing both mannum and mypo off a little (but as you say, it is pretty early on to be discussing finals)!
