What are they all in their 70s ???

You would of thought Vietnam and WWII would of taught this generation something about loyalty. Traitors.

I wonder why their crowds are dropping off

Most of those in their mid 70s now would have been kids in WWII and possibly anti-war protesters in the Vietnam days...
The theme of the late 1960s and the 1970s was "Make Love Not War."

No question that Crows broke the rules but there is no doubt in my mind that there is a lot of opinion being given - especially across the border - based on misinformation rather than the exact facts and to think we almost got ourselves right in the poo over someone who never wanted to be here in the first place.

I knew we paid him more than what he was worth but did we pay him that much? I'm pretty sure we didn't

He is a good player but if Lynch, McKernan and Jenkins get the opportunity he got a couple of them will be equally as good

I would have Tippett back at the Crows over these three, he is a massive get for Sydney and will add something more to them come round 11.

Lynch - need to see more yet, moves well but not a big impact, possibly a better defender than forward?
McKernan - not showing much, doesn't seem to work hard.
Jenkins - developing, looking less spectacular but more consistent than Tippet. (Pity he kicks about as reliably.)

More consistent? At what, not taking marks and kicking goals. :-)

I actually think that they are similar type players, Jenkins IMO has improved In his marking this year, Tippett on his day can win games for you though. Both can be rubbish in front of goal and Jenkins can be awkward to watch, but I think he can kick the longer ball better.

Tippett is a good kick for goals from 50+ metres. He is a harder match up & better mark than Jenkins. Jenkins may improve, but he'll never be anywhere near as good as Tippett I reckon. Swans have got a real bargain there.

Nope can't argue, I would love him to still be at crows. He is definitely a better mark, I meant Jenkins has improved in tat area this season but he doesn't look as though he is going to rip a game apart anytime soon, clubs would only now put a decent defender on him cause Walker and Tippett aren't there.

The swans are going to be tough to beat in about six weeks time, I actually think he will lift another notch at the swans.
