The Q stars arent to bad. At the moment you can get the Z stars from Golfworld on west tce for $30 a dozen so I would get some of them for the extra $5. They are a great ball to use!

Soft Feel?

Cheaper than Q star and Z star so good mid handicaper ball IMO.

I'm referring to the soft feel in a green box. Q star are slightly more expensive but I have pulled a couple out of water hazards and used them when I lose a ball not bad. Might try them for a full round soon.

any of those 3 srixons are good to use, I prefer Q and Z over the soft feels.

Played Port Augusta as usual this morning. Bloody hot to start with but by 10am the cloud cover filled in and the breeze stiffened so it was all good. Except my score! A nett 66 won the day but I was nowhere near it. Course was in good nick which is full credit to the ground staff (two paid employees) and a whole heap of volunteers.

disapointed we didnt take our clubs away with us on the weekend. On the drive through the course looked in great nick as it always does!

On a better note picked up my new driver this morning so will be off to the range tonight to have a bit of a play!

Played mt lofty today for first time. Ripper of a day for it. We hust had our own litte comp and had 32pts with 4 scratches.
Course was in great nick and the $70 deal is well worth it. Be a prick to walk.
Only tjing that surprised me was how short it was. There are 2 par 4's thst you can drive. I went over the back of one.
Would definately play it again!
